Quality Assurance Engineer
The qualified candidate will:
Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and test cases for both client and internal applications.
Execute software test cycles, regression testing, record results and report anomalies.
Provide feedback and work with Developers to reproduce and resolve software defects.
Evaluate and test changes before implementation into production systems.
Work with other teams within the organization and end users to ensure changes and enhancements meet requirements.
C Software Engineer
The C Software Engineer will develop moderately complex software, create and execute designs for small sets of new functionality.
May perform as Lead Software Engineer for small projects or sub projects.
Develops moderately complex software in C, SQL, Linux based scripting, and other selected languages for ICS products and/or applications consistently following ICS coding
standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes.

Windows Systems Administrator
Duties:
Update, secure, and manage physical and virtual Windows servers and desktops.
Automating build and configuration of Windows based kiosks.
Write GPO to lock down Windows based kiosks.
Migrate Windows 2008 and 2012 servers to 2019 with minimal outages.
Migrate Windows 7 desktops to Windows 10.
Ensure high availability of services.
Call Center Agent
ICSolutions is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Agent capable of providing excellent customer service via answering
inbound calls from and completing outbound calls to existing and new customers.
Technical Support Representative
ICSolutions has a number of web applications that support external portals for online users, call center agents and the internal customer service personnel.
Field Support Technician (Sacramento, CA)
Duties:
Provide installation, service and support to inmate telephones and call control systems.
Install, test and service software on digital voice recorders, call processing systems and inmate telephones.
Install, terminate and test LAN/WAN, Category 5 and Fiber Optic cabling.
Perform routine PMI’s.
Communicate with customer/dispatch on service information.
Perform physical phone and phone line diagnostics/repairs and telephony integration troubleshooting.
Perform computer diagnostics and repair.
On call 24/7 for site to make remote or physical repairs to phones and/or equipment.
Maintain documentation and communicate clearly with corporate dispatch center.
Site Administrator (San Diego, CA)
Duties:
Serve as Primary Interface for facility system inquiries.
Track and manage inmate inquiries (grievances), complaints and responses.
Add and maintain PIN Number Investigations.
Assist facility investigative personnel with reporting needs & tasks.
Manage paperwork associated with RMAs for spare parts used in system maintenance.
Coordinate planned site visits and materials delivery through facility security.
Report generation to meet facility requirements.
Report generation assistance and limited training to new facility personnel.
Provide weekly update of phone system status, repairs made, open items.
Repair or replace broken telephone sets.
Assist technical support with system troubleshooting.
