Automated Information Line is a hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform that provides an automated phone response to frequently asked questions from inmates, as well as inmate family members, friends and legal counsel. The Automated Information Line is provided at no cost to the facility and can present static jail information, such as location and visiting hours. Additionally, when it is integrated with the facility’s Jail Management System (JMS) it can retrieve and present dynamic and up-to-date inmate data such as bond amount, release date and upcoming court appearances.
Through this Automated Information Line, users will be provided with the information they need, when they need it, while simultaneously alleviating busy facility staff from the disruption of public phone calls and inmate requests for information.
