Using the same messaging service developed for our paperless grievance process, ICSolutions can provide inbound inmate voicemail. Revenue generated by this value-added service is shared with the Facility. Inmate voicemail is designed to be a low-cost communication portal for promoting closer contact between inmates and their loved ones outside the facility.

The inmate phone system alerts inmates when they have a new message and inmates can listen to their messages any time they have access to the inmate phones. Each Inmate Voicemail box is secured by a secret PIN known only to the inmate associated with the mailbox – preventing unauthorized access by other inmates.
